This policy explains how Copan Coffee Lab collects and uses information when you visit our website, request the mobile coffee lab for an event, sign up for launch updates or indicate that you are interested in attending a calendar stop.
Information we collect
- Email address submitted through the Notify Me form.
- Name, email address, event type, requested date and location submitted through the Request the Lab form.
- A randomly generated browser identifier and the event selected when you use the Going feature.
- Technical and security information needed to protect forms, accounts and the website from abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to send requested launch updates, respond to event inquiries, estimate interest in coffee truck stops, operate the website, prevent abuse and protect our systems. A request submitted through the website does not create a confirmed booking.
Email choices
You may opt out of future promotional or launch messages by following the instructions included in those messages or by replying to a confirmation you received from Copan Coffee Lab. Transactional or security messages may still be sent when necessary.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our hosting, database and email delivery, solely as needed to provide those services.
